How it works

  1. Homeowners submit a cleaning enquiry to We Clean Homes
  2. If the enquiry is in an area we don’t cover directly, it’s passed to the recommended local cleaner
  3. You contact the homeowner directly
  4. You agree pricing, schedule, and terms with the customer
  5. You carry out the cleaning and are paid directly by the homeowner

There are:

  • no bidding systems
  • no competing cleaners for the same enquiry
  • no commission taken from your work

All enquiries are for ongoing domestic cleaning, not one-off jobs.

A local area is created by grouping nearby postcode districts into a practical, workable territory.

Depending on geography and population density, an area may include up to approximately 80,000–100,000 households.

All areas are agreed with you in advance to ensure they are realistic and commercially sensible.

Availability is limited in some locations and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

No-risk monthly guarantee

We don’t guarantee enquiry volume.

However, if during a paid month you don’t receive any genuine, suitable homeowner enquiries, we’ll refund your £26 monthly fee for that area.

To keep things fair, we ask that you notify us during the relevant billing period if:

  • you haven’t received any enquiries, or
  • the enquiries received were not suitable

Once reviewed, we’ll process the refund promptly.

There are no hidden fees. You’re simply subscribing to be the recommended cleaner in your agreed local area.

No contract – cancel anytime

There’s no long-term contract and no lock-in.
