Types of Enquiries You Can Expect
Most homeowner enquiries we receive are for regular domestic cleaning, such as weekly or fortnightly cleans.
In many cases, one regular weekly client is enough to cover the monthly cost of a postcode sector.
We also receive enquiries for one-off jobs, including deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleans, and occasional cleaning services. The mix of enquiry types can vary by area and time of year.

Most partners cover the cost with just one regular weekly client.
Cleaning partners are listed as the recommended cleaner for one or more postcode sectors.

No Contract, Cancel Anytime
There’s no long-term contract and no lock-in.
Your postcode partnership runs on a monthly rolling subscription, with a minimum term of one month. After the first month, you’re free to cancel at any time.
We believe partners should stay with us because the enquiries work for them — not because they’re tied into a contract.
Unclaimed & Nearby Postcode Enquiries
In addition to enquiries from your subscribed postcode, we also look at nearby unclaimed areas.
If an enquiry comes in for a neighbouring postcode that isn’t currently subscribed, we’ll usually offer it to the closest suitable partner. For example, if you’re subscribed to SK15 and we receive an enquiry in SK14, we’d pass that enquiry to you provided SK14 isn’t already covered by another partner.
All enquiries are manually checked for distance and suitability, so we only pass on nearby work that makes practical sense for you.
This means partners often receive additional enquiries beyond their core postcode, helping you fill gaps, build a stronger round, and maximise value from your subscription — without paying for extra areas.
